1. The cam indexer is used under overload conditions, under the premise that the quality of the cam indexer is confirmed, the connecting flange fixing screws of the cam indexer connected to the disc, the stability of the cam indexer fixing table, and the installation and use of the automatic induction system are completely correct. The load of the disc of the indexer must first be confirmed. At the beginning of the indexer selection, the load of the system includes the sum of the weight of all components such as discs, fixtures, and workpieces. However, sometimes it may be due to theoretical data and actual use. The generated parameter deviation, or the theoretical calculation value is close to the actual demand value, especially some technical parameters that are conservatively estimated in the design, will also exist, even if the coefficients in all aspects are consistent, they will be biased in use In this case, from the perspective of cost saving, the disc can be emptied and reduced in weight, or the material can be replaced or the fixture can be replaced depending on the usage of the fixture material.
2. The beating of the disc surface. If the disc is too thin, the entire system will be unstable or the disc surface will be bounced. In this case, you need to confirm the material used for the disc, the output flange surface of the cam indexer and the disc Whether the connection of the disk surface is tight, in addition, check the induction reference position of the indexer, that is, whether the angle of repose of the indexer is consistent with the angle actually used.
3. The operation of the
motor is unstable. Many people in the automation system will not pay attention to this aspect. It is precisely this link that often has unstable problems, because the cam indexer itself does not have the driving function, so the stability of the motor The performance plays a vital role in the operation of the entire automation system. The input of current, the stability of the variable speed gear, the selection of the motor speed ratio, etc., will have a fundamental impact on the rotation of the disc.
