Even in this case, there will be an angular deviation in the intermittent stay, but the deviation range is within the allowable range. 1. The deviation of the automatic drive system after debugging after it has not been put into use. First of all, the reason we said needs to be excluded from the indexer itself. 1. The signal cam installation angle of the rotary indexing table is offset, that is The drive angle of the input cam of the indexer and the drive angle of the signal cam are not in the same position; 2. The drive angle of the signal cam is selected incorrectly, that is, when the drive angle of the indexer is 270 degrees, the signal cam chooses 240 degrees, etc. Other angles. 3. The installation screw of the indexer output shaft and the drive disc is loose; 4. The installation angle of the disc and the rotation angle of the indexer are offset; 4. The signal cam device is installed loose; 5. The induction switch caused by current and other reasons Signal transmission is abnormal.

1. For the induction drive system of the rotary indexing table, the photoelectric sensor switch and signal cam are mainly used. When the photoelectric sensor switch is normal, the installation of the signal cam is particularly important. Normally, the signal cam is installed correctly. The method is to align the keyway of the input shaft of the indexer with the keyway of the signal cam; in addition, another installation method is to install the keyway of the input shaft of the indexer and the keyway of the signal cam diagonally;
2. The angle selection of the signal cam is inconsistent with the driving angle of the indexer input shaft. The driving angle of the input shaft is specific, while the angle of the signal cam is installed on the outside of the indexer. Therefore, when installing the signal cam, use measurement After the tool measures the driving angle, install it;
3. The installation screws of the output shaft or flange surface of the rotary indexing table and the disc are loose, and there are many installation screws of the indexer, and all installation parts need to be regularly inspected and firm;
4. The signal cam and induction switch should also be inspected regularly to see if the installation position is loose;
5. The influence of the current of the induction switch on the signal transmission needs to be measured by an electrician using a professional measuring instrument, and abnormal conditions need to be repaired and modified;
6. For the indexer that uses a certain period, after confirming the above items, there is still a slight offset, and it is necessary to check and confirm the wear of the internal mechanism of the indexer.
In short, the angle deviation of the indexer is one of the common faults in use. Most of the cases are caused by improper measures adopted in the later installation and debugging process. Therefore, as engineers and technicians, we must combine the actual conditions of mechanical operation. , Analyze the reasons for the offset, and then take corresponding countermeasures.
