New energy industry indexer application

This equipment is used for the detection of mechanical and electrical parameters of electrical products. The mechanical performance includes the detection of synchronization, open distance and overtravel, and the electrical performance includes the detection of pull-in and release voltage, and the high-voltage test between the unrelated parts of the contactor. This machine platform adopts conveyor belt to feed in and out, pneumatic manipulator automatically feeds materials, motor-driven cam indexer drives multi-station rotary table to achieve intermittent stepping motion, when intermittently stops, multiple stations simultaneously test different parameters.
