Therefore, in stepping motors, many engineers adopt the method of not accelerating the reducer, and adopting a larger driving angle of torque transmission to ensure the torque of the load.
In the case of a fixed station, the cam indexer has its own positioning and self-locking function, mainly to ensure high accuracy and good stability, but there is no self-locking function for stopping at any point, because in the stepper motor and the cam indexer In the combination, the motor acts as a driving function, and the cam indexer acts as a precise positioning role. To achieve higher accuracy, it is necessary to start with widening the diameter of the disk used by the indexer to ensure that the radiation angle is increased, which will also ensure the smoothness of operation.
